Return and Refund Policy
We want you to love your YZC Collection order. If you are not happy with it, you can return it within 30 days of delivery.
Returns
- Items must be unused, clean and in their original packaging.
- To start a return, email us at 11yaziciburak@gmail.com with your order number. We will reply with return instructions and the return address.
- Items sent back without first contacting us will not be accepted.
- Return shipping is paid by the customer, unless the item arrived damaged, defective or incorrect.
Damaged, defective or wrong items
Please inspect your order when it arrives. If an item is damaged, defective or not what you ordered, email us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We will send a free replacement or a full refund, and you will not need to pay for return shipping.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will email you to confirm. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Original shipping charges are not refundable, except for damaged, defective or incorrect items.
Exchanges
The fastest way to get a different item is to return the one you have and place a new order.
